Lucinda Barber Rea
     Lucinda Barber was born circa 1831 at Ohio, USA.1,2,3 She was the daughter of John Barber and Judith Hall.1

     Lucinda Barber married James Azel Rea on 11 April 1852 at Summit County, Ohio, USA.4,5,6 Lucinda Barber and James Azel Rea were keepers of the Empire Hotel between 1860 and 1870 at Oshkosh, Winnebago, Wisconsin, USA.7
     Lucinda Barber died on 21 August 1883 at Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota, USA, of cancer. Several sources claim this date (all seem to trace back to an article in the Oshkosh Northwestern on 23 Aug 1883), but the 1885 Minnesota census shows her alive in Minneapolis in May, 1885.7 She was buried at Riverside Cemetery, Oshkosh, Winnebago, Wisconsin, USA.8
