"John Henry tells us that he was born in Wood Lake where his dad was section foreman; Johnny's grandfather, Jurgen Maurset, who passed away in 1879, farmed the quarter section, hwy 59 & 67, in Clarkfield. Later, two of Jurgen's sons, Matt and Bernt, each took an 80 (acre) and started the farms now occupied by Glen and Arden Jurgenson." -- Orien Vick.1
