Betty was named after Bessie Mae (Stewart) Wright, her great-aunt.4 On circa 1980 her name was legally changed to Betty E. H. Stewart.5 She was Director of Volunteer Services, McKenzie Willamette Hospital at Springfield, Lane, Oregon, USAB,G.2
