     Betty Stewart was born on 30 December 1931 at Fond du Lac, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, USAB,G.1 She was the daughter of Clarence Lee Stewart Jr. and Alma Odrun Henden.2

Betty was named after Bessie Mae (Stewart) Wright, her great-aunt.3

     Betty Stewart married Charles Elmer Zanzig, son of Elmer William Zanzig and Joyce Ethel Woods, on 24 May 1953 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Portage, Columbia, Wisconsin, USAB,G, at age 21.1
     Betty Stewart and Charles Elmer Zanzig were divorced on 7 March 1973 at Danville, Contra Costa, California, USAB,G.1 On circa 1980 her name was legally changed to Betty E. H. Stewart.4 Betty Stewart was Director of Volunteer Services, McKenzie Willamette Hospital at Springfield, Lane, Oregon, USAB,G.1
     Betty Stewart died on 30 March 2009 at Monroe, Snohomish, Washington, USAB,G, at age 77. Betty's ashes were scattered on the Oregon Coast on Easter, 2009. Her children and their families, and her cousin Paul and his wife Donna, memorialized her on 12 April 2009 near Yachats, Lane, Oregon, USAB,G.5
