     Julia Willis was born on 16 June 1848 at Byron, Genesee, New York, USA.3,2,4 She was the daughter of Hogan W. Willis and Nancy Mann.5

     Julia Willis married John A. Barber, son of William H. Barber and Eliza Cutshaw, at Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, USA.2,6
     Julia Willis died on 11 July 1918 at Milwaukee, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, at age 70 of edema of the lungs, probably due to Bright's disease.3 She was buried at Greenbush Cemetery, Town of Greenbush, Sheboygan, Wisconsin, USA.7
